Then, Length = 5$x$

Breadth = 3$x$

Rate of fencing of land = ₹48/m

Total amount of fencing = ₹19,200

Let's Start:- Perimeter of land = ₹19,200/₹48/m

                                                 ⇒ 400 m

now, Perimeter of Rectangular piece of land = 2 (L + B)

                                                              400 m = 2 (5$x$ + 3$x$)

                                                              400 m = 16$x$

                                                                       $x$ = 400 m / 16

                                                                       $x$ = 25 m

so, Length = 5 × 25 m  ⇒ 125 m

Breadth = 3 × 25 m ⇒ 75 m
