If the length and breadth of room is 4*3=12cm
then the longest pipe is of 12cm

Given,
Length of the floor l = 3 m
Breadth of the floor b = 4 m
Length of longest rod placed on the floor
l² + b² = d² (here d is diameter)
(3)²+(4)² = d²
9 + 16 = d²
25 = d²
√25 = d
Hence d = 5mtrs
Hope this answer may help u out !!
