The length and breadth of a tank is 3m and 2m. it contains water upto 1.5 m height. calculate the total thrust and pressure at the bootom of the tank due to water.

We know P(pressure) =density×h×g
If not, derivation is here
P=F/Area
=m×g/A
=density×volume×g/A
=density×height×g (volume/area=height)
=density×h×g
So, P=thrust=1000×1.5×10=15,000Pascal
