cost of 2800 rs is for 1/7*2800m
cost of 2800 rs is for 400m

thus perimeter of land is 400m
let l= 5x and b= 3x
so

peri. = 2(l+b)
thus
400 = 2(5x+3x)
400= 2(8x)
400 =16x
x = 25

thus
l = 5*25 =125 m
b = 3*25 = 75m

so l= 125m and b = 75m
