Consider, length = 5x

Breath = 3x

Perimeter = 128m

Solving,

$\tt{\underline{\sf{Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)}}}$

$\sf{ 2(5x + 3x) = 128}$

$\sf{ 8x = 64}$

$\sf{ x = \frac{64}{8}}$

$\large\bf{ x = 8}$
