Let the length be 5x and breath be 3x
According to question
perimeter of the rectangle=128m
2 (l+b)=128m
2×8x=128
16x=128
x=8
now length=40m
breath=24m
area of rectanular park =l×b
=40×24m2
=96m2

kunal0912: Area of Park = 90 m^2 not 96 m^2
kunal0912: sorry 960m^2
SkyDeep: oh by mistake i forgot to write 0
kunal0912: It's ok friends

We are given, Length/Breadth=5/3
Let Length, l= 5x ...................(1)
and,Breadth, b=3x...................(2)

       We are also given, Perimeter of Park= 128m
                                      2(l+b)=128m
                                      so, l+b=128/2
                                            l+b=64
                 By Eqn. (1) & (2)
                                           l+b=5x+3x=64
                                           So, 8x=64
                                                   x=64/8

∴ x=8
                      By Putting x=8 in Eqn. (1) & (2)
                                                     l=5x=5*8=40m
                                               and, b=3x=3*8=24m

∴Area of Park=l*b
                                                          =40*24
                                                          =960 m^2
