Why is a bucket full of water lighter when in water than when it is taken out of water ? air is also a fluid and so it is also likely to exert buoyant force then why is it heavier in air

YA AIR IS ALSO FLUID BUT WATER IS DENSER THAN AIR. SO THE BUOYANT FORCE EXERTED IN WATER IS MUCH MORE MAGNITUDE THAN AIR . SO IT IS TAKEN PLACE.
