volume of the cuboidal tank

 = 7 \times 6 \times 15
 = 630 \:  {m}^{3}
 = 630 \times 1000 \: litres
 = 630000 \: litres
amount of water after pumping
630000 - 8400 = 621600litres

621.6 \:  {m}^{3}

i. e
7 \times 6 \times h = 621.6
h = 14.8 \: m
level of water after pumping is 14.8m
