Solution:

Length = 2.5m = 250cm

Breadth = 2m = 200cm

Height = 1.6m = 160cm

Volume of Cuboid = l × b × h

Volume of Cuboid = 250 × 200 × 160

Volume of Cuboid = 8000000cm^3

Converting cm^3 into litres.

1cm^3 = 0.001L

8000000cm^3 = 8000000 × 0.001L

= 8000L

Hence, the capacity of the tank in litres is 8000litres.

Thus, option no. 4 is correct answer.
