By using the formula of diagonal of cube which is edge √3 we can make an equation 8√3=edge√3 By a little algebra we conclude that edge=8cm Surface area of a cube is 6xedge² Therefore the surface area here will be 6*8²= 6*64= 384cm² Volume of cube is edge³ The volume here will be 8³ which is 512cm³

Diagonal = 8√3 => √3 a = 8√3 => a = 8 Surface area = 6 a^2 => surface area = 6 (8)^2 => surface area = 6*64 => surface area = 384 Volume = a°3 => volume = 8^3 => volume = 8*8*8 => volume = 512
