length be x + 2
Perimeter of rectangle = 56m
2 (l+b) = 56 m
2 (x + x + 2) = 56m
2 (2x + 2) =56m
2x + 2 = 28
2x =28 - 2
2x =26
x =13
Breadth = 13m
Length = 15m

so according to question length will be x+2 
perimeter = 56
perimeter = 2(length + breadth ) =2(x+2+x)=2(2x+2) =4x+4
so , 4x+4 = 56
       4x = 56-4=52
x = 52/4 = 13
so length =x+2 = 13+2 = 15, breadth = x =13
