Heya friend ✋! here is your answer
____________________________

◆Let breadth be x

◆Then length =x+4

◆Now according to question

◆(Area of rectangle =(l×b)

◆x(x+4)=x^2+4x

◆If length & breadth increase by 3cm then area of new rectangle is 81more

So
,
✅(x+3)(x+4+3)=81+x^2+4x

✅(x+3)(x+7)=81+x^2+4x

✔️x(x+7)+3(x+7)=81+x^2+4x

✅x^2+7x+3x+21=81+x^2+4x

✔️10x+21=81+4x

✔️10x-4x=81-21

✅6x=60

✅x=60/6

✔️x=10

◆So the breadth of rectangle is 10 cm

&

Length is x+4 So length is 10+4=14cm
