Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth of rectangle be x cm

therefore, length of rectangle = x+9 cm

therefore Area of rectangle

==> L × B

==> x(x+9)

==> (x²+9x) cm²

thus only this much condition is given, so Area of rectangle ==> (x²+9x) cm²

Length of Rectangle = (3x - 7) cm

Breadth of Rectangle = (4x + 8) cm

Area = ?

Solution :)

Formula Used :-

Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

So, length and breadth are given in this question and we have to find the area

So, solving further

→ (3x - 7) × (4x + 8)

→ (3x - 7)(4x + 8)

→ 3x × 4x + 3x × 8 - 7 × 4x - 7 × 8

→ 12x² + 24x -28x - 56

→ 12x² -4x -56

So, the area is 12x² -4x -56
