here is your answer

let the breadth be x
so the length is x+4cm
area = x × (x+4) -(1)

ATQ if we increase length and breadth 3cm more the result will found is 81 square cm more

then the length= x+4+3 cm = x+7 cm
breadth= x+3 cm

area = (x+3)(x+7). -(2)
the difference between these areas are 81 cm square
= (x+3)(x+7) - x(x+4 ) = 81 square cm
x^2 + 7x + 3x +21 - [x^2 + 4x] = 81 cm square
= x^2 + 10x + 21 - x^2 -4x = 81 cm square
6x +21 = 81 cm square
6x = 81-21 = 60 cm Square
6x = 60 cm square
x = 60/6 = 10 cm
breadth = 10 cm
length = x+4 cm = 10 + 4 = 14 cm

hope this helps you
