let the breadth of the rectangle be x

length = 3x+2

According to the question we get :-

2(x+3) +(3x+5)= 2{2[x+ (3x +2)}]

2 ( 4x +8) = 4( 4x +2)

8x + 16 = 16x +8

transpose the values

16 -8 = 16x -8x

8 = 8x

x = 1

Breadth =1cm

length = 3x +2 = 3(1) +2 = 3+2 =5cm

hence length = 5cm, breadth = 1cm
