Now according to the question

=> lenght = 3(breadth) +2

=> x, 3x+2

Also (x+3) + (3x+5) = 2(x+3x+2)

=> x+3+3x+5 = 2(4x+2)

=> 4x+8 = 8x+4

=> 8-4 = 8x-4x

=> 4 = 4x

=> x = 4/4 = 1 cm

now lenght = 2+3(1)

=> 2+3 = 5
