Length of ractangle=x+2

Perimeter of ractangle=2(l+b)

44=2(x+x+2)

44=2(2x+2)

44=4x+4

44-4=4x

40/4=x

X=10

Breadth of ractangle=x =10

Length of ractangle= x+2 =10+2=12
