Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth be Xcm

Then the length will be x+2 cm

Given in the question:

perimeter- 2(l+b)

24= 2(x+2+x)

24= 2x+4+2x

24= 4x+4

4x= 24-4

4x= 20

x= 20÷4

x= 5

Length= x+2= 5+2= 7 cm

Breadth= x= 5 cm

Area= LXB

7x5=

35cm {}^{2}
