the length of a rectangle is 2cm more than the thrice of breadth. If the perimeter is 68cm find the length of rectangle. pls give step wise solution of this​

let breadth is X cm

length = 3X+2

P= 2(X+(3X+2))

68=2(4X + 2)

68/2=4X +2

34=4X+2

4X=34 -2

4X=32

X= 32/4

X=8

put the value of x in length

it means

3*8+2

i.e. 26
