Since area of rectangle= L×B
Therefore,
=(3x+2) (3x-2)
using identity
= (3x)^2 -(2)^2
= 9x^2 - 4 sq. units
If x = 20
= 9(20)^2 -4
=3600 - 4
= 3596 sq. units
Therefore,
=(3x+2) (3x-2)
using identity
= (3x)^2 -(2)^2
= 9x^2 - 4 sq. units
If x = 20
= 9(20)^2 -4
=3600 - 4
= 3596 sq. units

hey there!!
area of a rectangle = lenght times breadth
= ( 3x + 2 ) ( 3x - 2 )
= ( a + b ) ( a - b )
= a^2 - b^2
= 9x^2 - 4
= x = 20
= 3600 - 4
= 3596
hope my answer helps!
