Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter of a rectangle is 2(l+b)

given that length is 4 times breadth so length =4b and breadth is b

now

125= 2(4b+b)

125=10b

b=12.5

so breadth is 12.5

length is 4 b which is = 12.5 *4=50

Answer:

perimeter= 2(l+b), 125 =2(l+b)

l=125÷2-b

l= 4b

125/2-b=4b

=>4b+b=125/2

=>b=125/2×5

=>b= 12.5

=>l=50 ans.......
