breadth= x

Lenght =5+x

Perimeter=50cm

2(x+5+x) =50cm

2(2x+5)=50cm

2x+5=50/2

2x+5=25

2x=25-5

2x=20

X=20/2

X=10cm Ans

Answer:

150 cm square

Explanation:

breadth =x

length = 5+x

perimeter =50cm

2(l+b)=perimeter

2(5+x+x)=50

2(5+2x)=50

10+4x=50

4x=50-10

x=40/4

x=10

breadth =10

length =10+5=15

Area =l*b

10*15

150cm square
