Answer:

Given:-

Length = Breadth + 5

Perimeter of a rectangle :-

2( Length + Breadth )

Solving :-

82 = 2( Length + Breadth )

41 = Length + Breadth

But, Length = Breadth + 5

So,

41 = ( Breadth + 5 ) + Breadth

41 = 2( Breadth ) + 5

36 = 2( Breadth )

18 = Breadth

Answer :-

So, Breadth is equal to 18 metre.

Thank you.
