perimeter of the rectangle=50m
sum of the measures length and breadth=50÷2=25
Now, let the measure of breadth be x
measure of length be x+7
therefore, x+7+x=25
=2x+7=25
= 2x=25-7
=x=18÷2
=x=9
Now length of the rectangle=9+7=16
breadth of the rectangle=9

Hey dear!!

Let the breadth of the rectangle be x.

So, as per the question, the length is 7m more than the breadth. Hence, it could be written as x + 7.

The perimeter of the rectangle is 50m.

To find the perimeter of a rectangle, we use the formula: 2(l + b)

Therefore,
50 = 2{x + (x + 7)}
50 = 2 {2x + 7}
50/2 = 2x + 7
25 = 2x + 7
25 - 7 = 2x
18 = 2x
18/2 = x
x = 9

Hence, the breadth of the rectangle is 9m and its length is 9m + 7m = 16m.
