The length of a rectangle is greater than breagth by 2 cm and it's area is 528 cm square then find its length and breagth

l=b+2
area=l*b
528=(b+2)b
528=2b+b^2
b^2+2b-528=0
b^2+24b-22b-528=0
b(b+24)-22(b+24)=0
(b+24)(b-22)=0
b=-24 & 22
if breadth is -24 then length=-24+2=-22
if breadth is 22 then length =22+2=24
