and length= 2y

we know that,
2(l+b)=108cm
2(2y+y)=108cm

2(3y)=108cm

6y=108cm

y=18cm=breadth
2y=36cm=length

L=2B
P=2(L+B)
108=2(3B)
3B=54
B=54÷3
B=18m
Put value of b in equation 1
So L=2B
L=2×18
L=36 m
