Length of the rectangle is twice it's breadth that even means half of the length is breadth.

Length = 12cm [given]

According to the statement , breadth of the rectangle = 12/2 = 6cm

Perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2(12+6)

=2(18)

=36cm

Therefore perimeter of the rectangle = 36cm.
