Let breath of rectangle be x So length will be 2x Now, Perimeter will be 2(l+b) i. e. 2(2x+x)=54 Or, 2(3x) = 54 Or, 6x = 54 Or, X = 54/6 Or, x = 9 So, Breadth = 9 cm Length = 2*9 = 18 cm.

Hey your answer is here:-
__________________________
Let the breath of the rectangle be 'x'
length of the rectangle = 2x
perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l+b)
54cm = 2(2x + x)
54/2 = 3x
27cm = 3x
27/3cm = x
9cm = x
So now breadth is 9cm and length is 9×2 I.e 18cm
