We get the two equations

l = 25 + b  ----- (i)

2(l + b) = 430  ----- (ii)

Substituting (i) in (ii)

2(25 + b + b) = 430

2(25 + 2b) = 430

50 + 4b = 430

4b = 380

b = 380/4 = 95 m

Substituting b = 95 in (i)

l = 25 + 95

l = 120 m

Area = l * b

Area = 120 * 95 =  11400 m^2
