Answer:

Given :-

Length of field is 3 times of breadth

To Find :-

Area and perimeter

Formula :-

 \huge \star  \bf \: Area = l \times b

 \huge \star \bf \: Perimeter = 2(l + b)

Solution :-

As it is given length is thrice of breadth and breadth is 12 m. We will multiply Breadth × 3

Length = 12 × 3

Length = 36 m

Let's find perimeter

Perimeter = 2(36 + 12)

Perimeter = 2(48)

Perimeter = 96 m

Area = 36 × 12

Area = 432

 \tt \quad \implies \: Perimeter = 96 \: m

 \tt \quad \implies \: Area = 432 \: m

Answer:

Perimeter=96m and Area=432m²

Step-by-step explanation:

breadth =X=12m

length=3x

3x=12×3

length=36m

breadth =12m

perimeter=2(l+b)

=2(36+12)

=2×48

=96m

Area =l×b

=12×36

=432m²
