the length of a rectangular park is 700 m and it's breadth is 300 m. Two cross roads, each of width is 10m, cut the same centre of a rectangular park and are parallel to its side find the area of cross roads. also find the area of the park excluding the area of the cross roads?

area rectangle=l*b
700*300=210000
width =210000/10
21000/2=1500
210000-1500=208500
