If the length of the plot is l
l=3+2x
where x is the breadth
Perimeter =2(l+x)
=2(3+2x+x)
=2(3+3x)
=6(1+x)

if the breadth of the rectangle is x

the length will be 3+2x

perimeter of a rectangle=2(l+b)

perimeter=2(3+2x+x)

perimeter=2(3+3x)

perimeter=6+6x
