let breadth of rectangular plot = x m
therefore, length= (x+23)m
therefore, area= l*b = x(x+23) =

According to the question--
Length= (x+23)-15 = (x+8)m
breadth= (x+7)m
therefore, area = l*b= [(x+8) (x+7)]
= x^2+15x+56
According to the question--
x(x+23)-360=x^2+15x+56
x^2+23x-360=x^2+15x+56
23x-15x= 56+360
8x= 416
x= 416/8
x=52
Therefore Breadth of rectangular plot= 52m
And length of Rectangular plot= x+23= 75 m
