let the breadth be x
so it's length will be x+23
old area=x^2+23x
new length=x= x+23-15=x+8
new breadth=x+7
new area = (x+7)(x+8)=x^2+15x+42
reduced area=old area -new area
129600=x^2+23x-x^2-15x-42=8x-42
8x=129642
x=129642/8= 16205.25
breadth = 16205.15
length=l6228.25
