length = x + 23

area = x(x+23) = x² + 23x

If

length = x + 23  - 15 = x + 8

breath = x+ 7

area = (x+8) (x+7) = x² + 23x - 360

x² + 8x + 7x + 56 = x² + 23x - 360

x² + 15x + 56 = x² + 23x - 360

8x = 360 + 56 = 416

x = 52

Breadth = 52m

Length = 52 + 23 = 75m
