Answer:

4615.8\ m^2, Rs. 32310.6.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

length of roller =2.1 m

diameter of roller = 1.4 m

radius of roller =\dfrac{diameter}{2}

                        =\dfrac{1.4}{2}

                          = 0.7 m

Curved surface area of the roller = 2.π.r.h

                                                       = 2 x 3.14 x 0.7 x 2.1

                                                        =\ 9.2316\ m^2

Since, roller makes 500 rotations for the levelling of road. So, the total area of road = 500 x 9.2316

           = 4615.8\ m^2

rate of levelling of road = Rs. 7 per meter square

So, the total cost of the levelling of road = 7 x 4615.8 Rs.

                                                                    = Rs. 32310.6

So, the total cost of levelling of road will be Rs. 32310.6.
