the length of a square is 15 CM the length is increased by 5 cm find the ratio of the area of the square before and after the increase

area of square = length × breadth
1 st square=15×15=225
length of 2nd square will be 15+5=20
2 nd square=20×20=400

ratio 225/400=9/16

15^2:20^2
=>225:400
=>45:80
=>9:16
