the length of a tangent drawn external point to a circle are equal can somebody explain it is in easy language

The theorem states that if there are two tangents drawn from a same external point then they are equal.

see tangent is a line which touches the circle at a point n if any 2 tangents coming for same point which is on the outside of a circle then they both are equal in length.
