the length of diagonal of a rectangular land is 15 mts and the difference of length and breadth is 3 m . calculate the perimeter​

Squaring on both sides,we get

l²+b²=225

l-b=3 (given )

squaring on both sides,we get

l²+b²-2*l*b = 9

225-9=2*l*b

so,. l*b=108

now, ( l+b )² = l²+b²+2*l*b

= 225 +2*108

=441

so, l+b = 21

perimeter = 2*(l+b)

= 2*21

= 42 m
