Hey Mate here is your answer:

                     Breadth = x , Length = x+3

                     perimeter = 2(l+b) = 34 cm

                                       ∴ l+b = 34/2 cm = 17 cm

                                       ∴ x + x + 3 = 17 cm

                                       ∴ 2x = 17 - 3 cm

                                       ∴ 2x = 14 cm

                                       ∴ x = 14/2 = 7 cm

                                      ∴ x = 7 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth be x

Then,

Length=x+3

Perimeter=34

Perimeter of rectangle=2(L+B)

A/q

2(x+x+3)=34

2(2x+3)=34

4x+6=34

4x=34-6

=28

x=28/4

=7

Length=x+3

=7+3

=10
