the length of rectangle is 5cm more than its breadth. if the perimeter of the rectangle is 38cm find it so area

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

2(5+x+x)

10+2x+2x

10+4x=38

38-10=4x

. 28=4x

7=x

b=7cm

l=7+5

l=12

area of rectangle=l×b

12×7

84cm
