Given:area of rectangle=520cm²

To Find :L=?,B=?

Solution:L=length of rectangle

B=Breadth of rectangle

L=2B

area of rectangle =L×B

520 = 2B²

B=√260

B=16.124cm

L=2×16.124

=32.249cm

\Large{\underline{\underline{\sf{Given:}}}}

Lenght of rectangle = 2 b

breadth of rectangle = b

Area of rectangle = 520 cm ²

\Large{\underline{\underline{\sf{Find:}}}}

Breadth and length of rectangle

\Large{\underline{\underline{\sf{Solution:}}}}

Area of rectangle = lenght × breadth

520cm ² = 2b × b

520 cm ² = 2 b²

260 cm = b²

√260 cm = b

2 × 2× √ 13 × 5 = b

4 √ 65 cm = b

32.24cm = b

b = breadth of rectangle { given }

and lenght of rectangle is twice of breadth.
