Let the length of rectangle be x and breadth be y
ATQ,
x=y+2
Area of rectangle =x×y
195 =(y+2)y
=y2+2y
=y2+2y--195
=y2+15y-13y--195
=y (y+15)-13 (y+15)
=(y+15)(y-15)
=y=-15,y=13
Taking y =13 breadth as it can not be negative
Then
x=y+2(putting value of y)
x=13+2
x=15
ATQ,
x=y+2
