Angular displacement, θ=2π

Angular speed, ω =

 \frac{θ}{t}   =  \frac{2\pi}{3600}  = 5.48 \times  {10}^{ - 3} rad

Tip velocity, v = rω

 = 0.07 \times  \frac{2\pi}{3600}  = 3.8 \times  {10}^{ - 4}  {ms}^{ - 1}

Hence, angular speed 

5.48 \times  {10}^{ - 3} \: rad /s 

and tip velocity 

 = 3.8 \times  {10}^{ - 4} {ms}^{ - 1}
