Ans :In a triangle,
Base(b)=200m
Altitude(h)=?
Area =17,500sq.m
Now,
Since,Area =17500sq.m
Therefore,1/2×b×h=17500sq.m
1/2×200×h =17500
h =17500×2/200
h =175m
Therefore,the altitude of the triangle is 175m.

let the altitude of the triangle be x m.
so, 1/2×200×x=17500
=>x=175
so the altitude of the triangle is 175 m.
