QUESTION:-

the length of the length of diagonal of square is \sqrt{50}m   then its side is ___.

ANSWER :-

ABCD is a square

then AC is a diagonal, {AC =\sqrt{50}m}

AB = BC = CD = AD = a

In ΔABC, ∠ABC = 90°

By using Pythagoras theorem,

AC^2=AB^2+BC^2\\\\(\sqrt{50})^2=a^2+a^2\\\\50=2a^2\\\\a^2=25\\\\a=\sqrt{25} \\\\a=5m

Therefore, side of the square is 5m

Hope it helps u :-)
