let the breadth be x  and then length will be x+27

perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

here, perimeter of rectangle =2(27+x+x)

110=2(27+2x)

110/2 =27+2x

55=27+2x

55-27=2x

28=2x

28/2=x

14=x

then breadth is 14 and length is (14+27)=41

area of rectangle is length*breadth

here, area of rectangle=14*41

area of rectangle =574m^2

i hope this will help

L = x + 27
B = x
The perimeter of the rectangle = 110
2(l + b) = 110
2(x + x + 27) = 110
2(2x +27) =110
4x + 54 = 110
4x = 110 - 54
4x = 56
x = 56/4
x = 14 m
L = x + 27 = 14 + 27 = 41 m
B = x = 14 m
The area of the rectangle
= l × b
= 14 × 41
= 574 m^2
