Let the breadth is x

Length = 2x + 3

Perimeter = 66 m

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Perimeter = 2(L+B)

2(x + 2x + 3) = 66

3x + 3 = 33

3x = 30

x = 30/3

x = 10

Breadth of the rectangle = 10

Length of the rectangle = 2(10) + 3 = 23

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
