let the breadth be x
length=x+5
l×b=594
x(x+5)=594
x^2+5x-594=0
x^2+27x-22x-594=0
x(x+27)-22(x+27)
(x-22)(x+27)

x=-27 (neglecting because length can't be -ve)
x=22m=breadth
length =22+5=27m
perimeter =2(l+b)=2(27+22)=2×49=98m

98 let breadth be (b)
then length will be (b+5)
area will be (b) × (b+5) which equals 594
so (b)×(b+5) = 594
solving this we get 22 as positive value for 'b'
so breadth is 22 so length is b+5 = 22+5=27
therefore,
perimeter will be 2(22+27)= 98
