excluding area
total area minus roads area
total area = 700into300
= 210000metresquare

exclude area = 210000minus14000

196000metresquare

since given length of the rectangle is equal to 700 m and breadth of the rectangle is 300 m according to the formula, area of rectangle is equal to (700 x 300)metersquare = 2,10,000meter square then according to the questions let the length of the first Road be 700 M and the breadth is 10 m then area of the first road is = (700 x 10)meter square = 7000 meter square and then , let the length of the second road be 300 m and breadth be 10 m then area of the second road = (300 x10) meter square = 3000 meter square now let the length of the similar path be 10 m and breadth be 10 m then area of the similar path = (10 x10) meter square = 100 meter square then according to the formula area of both road = ( 7000 + 3000) - 100 meter square = (10,000 - 100) meter square = 9000 meter square now the area of the rectangle park excluding the area of the crossroad = (2,10,000 -9000) = 2,01,000 meter square
